I'm a full time real estate investor and wholesaler in the Dallas and Austin TX markets. I have been surrounded by real estate for most of my life, and after a brief, soul killing stint in Corporate America, I decided that working for someone else was not for me. Around the same time that I quit my job, I realized the tiny town I lived in was too small for my big dreams so I moved to Texas from Michigan several years ago and started my own real estate investment company. I have always believed that wholesaling is a great way to get involved in real estate and the best way to learn how to find and negotiate off market deals for other exit strategies. My long term goals are to expand beyond my current active strategies of wholesaling and flipping and focus on more passive forms of income, primarily seller financing, private money lending and tiny home short term rentals. I have a passion for all things real estate and a strong desire to share my knowledge and hard earned wisdom with those who are just starting out, much like I was when I first stumbled upon this amazing community.
