I was born and lived in Canada for over 40 years. My Real Estate experience consisted of the purchase, fix-up and sale of my personal home while in Alberta, Canada, which was owned for 15 years. During a career as a Physical Therapist, my hobbies of mountain biking, hiking, fishing, camping and cross-country skiing were well-served living in Calgary, right beside the incredible Rocky Mountains. An initial interest in real estate began approximately 10 years ago and is something I finally pursued after life changes led me to a new mental and physical space here in the USA. While in MA, I had been fortunate enough to connect with local investors via Black Diamond meet-ups and learn the foundations of investing. My husband and I relocated to New Mexico, primarily for the climate and a longer cycling season. It was valuable to connect with investors here and regularly attend investor meetings, which created relationships with many contractors and investors. Pursuing a Real Estate license was definitely the right move for me! Residential real estate and investors are my client base, in the Albuquerque, NM area. In 2018, I achieved Top Selling agent, Top Producer and a runner up in Transactions and Listings in Red Fox Realty, as well as Most Influential as voted by my peers. In 2023, I was invited to participate in a group called 'NM Select' based upon my prior year sales record in Luxury Real Estate, and served a 3 year term on the local Ethics Grievance Committee at our Realtor Association.
