Full-time in High Tech Engineering Company, looking at REI for passive income and diversify my investment. Started seriously exploring in Mar 2019, jumped the gun and closed out two semi-turnkey SFR within 2 months in AZ to get my feet wet. Got another Duplex in Tempe doing STR in Oct 2019. Actively looking in AZ for all RE activities. Also currently participating in 5 syndication deals.
