About myself
I'm an entrepreneur needing a little more spark in life so I've decided to expand my real estate investing. I currently hold 3 properties and decided to expand my area. To start into any new area my strategy is to wholesale a few properties to learn the lay of the land. From there I'll do some fix & flips, myself, and then hold a few.
