Lynne’s real estate investing career began as a sideline to her commercial interior design firm in 1985. Initially, she specialized in renovating and retailing expensive bank REO's in San Diego, CA, but in 1991 she began investing in single family rental homes. In 1998, Lynne moved to Nevada where she obtained her real estate license and began selling real estate full time. In 2000 she joined various new home developers and started investing in their communities for both quick flip profits and lucrative rental resales in 2007. In 2008, after the crash, Lynne began working with single family bulk transactions and commercial real estate nationwide. Through the years she has rehabbed and resold over 200 of her own houses, sold over 1000 new homes and condos for her developers and held numerous rental properties at various times. As an owner/seller’s representative, she has also participated in the sale of over 750 single family rentals and commercial properties including multi-family and small hotels. Her latest venture involving Home Sweet Home Investments offers her real estate investors a powerful model to simplify the acquisition and management process of real estate investing.
