I'm a new investor in the Northern California area. After listening to biggerpocket's podcast, I decided to focus on personal wealth so that some day I can help someone like me also learn to build wealth. My goal is to develop the knowledge and build a portfolio of income producing MFH/ SFH using BRRRR/ Buy and hold.
