I'm a Bay Area native realtor and I cover Silicon Valley / South Bay Area as well as Monterey Bay, I live in Capitola. I enjoy helping people regarding their real estate needs locally or out-of-state. I became very interested in RE investing from BiggerPockets years ago in fact I enjoyed attending local REIA meet-ups in South Bay. I have worked as dir of marketing/co-founder of maritime telemetry software company and worked in the past with the senior demographic as community liaison and a decade experience as a registered dental hygienist in the mid-peninsula (Palo Alto, Menlo Park). With my eclectic background btwn science and marketing/sales and now real estate, I have a wide network of vendors ranging from contractors, painters, professional home venders as well as a senior real estate specialist I can provide referrals to professional fiduciaries, bookkeepers, lenders, rev mortgage specialist, home care givers, movers, senior law attorneys and senior living facilities in the Silicon Valley (South Bay area). My practice tends to be folks who wish to move out of state & my communication skills have allowed my clients to feel comfortable as their "boots on the ground" and helping with remodels & relocations. Hobbies besides real estate? My hubby and I live in Capitola, love nature and the ocean & mountains. I love to ride bikes and enjoy connecting with fellow RE investors!
