I am new to real estate investing, though I have a moderate level of experience and knowledge I gained in my younger years when I was 17 years old. This was when I first began my real estate journey after being introduced by friends of my family who brought me along with them to some of their deals and help me gain real world, in-person experience. I wanted to learn everything I could about the real estate world, so I watched and learned how they carried themselves, negotiated, researched, and financially analyzed each property that we went to. I was taught how to refinish home exteriers and interiors through one of our family friend's who owned and operated his own personal private business that he tailored his services to high equity/high profile clients in Teton County, Wyoming. He taught me how to refinish various types of architectural structures, exotic exterior side-paneling, trim, entryways, archways, porches/ balaconies, decks, gazebos, and many other home various property structures/additions we had provided professionally tailored services according to the property owner's prefered specifications that were requested. We offered refinishing services such as: pressure washing concrete driveways, walkways, garage flooring , car ports, walkways, removal of old waterlogged, molded, and old material layers that presented as built up residue/corrosion over a 5 year period that often results from high brush tundra/mountain/alpine types of environments durring the summer season. We offered interior painting and woodwork staining durring the winter months. I learned how to attract our client base through Private Direct Mailing kinds of marketing strategies, referrals via private sector networking and building strong, positive, relationships with each property owner over many years. I attended a few real estate investing workshops/seminars over a few different summers durring my later teen years as well, which helped give me the tools and more understanding that really came in handy as I got older up to where I am today in my real estate investing journey. My starting point in regards to my real estate investment strategy, consists of wholesaling single-family rental properties, multi-family rental properties, new contruction turn-key investment properties, STR/LTR buy-and-hold, looking for a primary residence to initially house hack and then utilize the Brrrr method for my longer-term strategy. Wholesaling is a great way for me to get my foot in the door, build capital, gain valuable experience, sucessfully close profitable deals, open the doors to possible JV opportunities, and I would like to use wholesaling as a potential bridging tool to help fund my other prospective investments once I have started to build up my portfolio after utilizing the stacking methods to gain/maintain my momentum. My goals are to learn as much as possible from what has worked for many seasoned investors, who have learned from their failures and what to avoid, use tried-and-true real estate investment strategies that I can combine and that have proven successful from their results. I would like to offer up my knowdge, skills, potential deals, build up my team, share insights with other real estate professional's with the intent of pleveraging protfitable investment opportunities for the benefit of all involved.
