I'm a small investor in real estate. I own a duplex and a SFH and I feel stuck in place and want to break through to a higher level. I have been a landlord for 14 years but only two or three units at a time. I am interested in meeting new people now and I am ready and willing to give myself to the process of achieving success in real estate investing. My goal is to own at least ten SFHs by the year 2018. I also am interested in exploring the pros and cons of multi-family apartment investing.
