I moved to Atlanta during the Olympics. I've been a cog in the corporate world since then. I don't plan to leave my day job, but seriously considering REI on the side now that my primary residence is paid off. I'm fairly conservative so my approach will be to start small when I have enough of my own capital in place. But I still would like to at least learn the REI world in the mean time while making connections. When I am ready to pull the trigger, I'd like to have my team of wholesalers, agents, contractors, and property managers in place. The strategy I hope to pursue is to fix/flip 1 SFH at a time until I have enough cash to buy my first property for all cash that I will hold and rent out. From that point forward, I would like to just build my portfolio one property at a time using all cash.
