Follow us at @breathingrealestate :) My husband and I bought our first rehab property in 2015 and made it our first owner finance note. Since then, we slowly begin to create more notes for us and for our investors. We own an (11) unit apartment complex and some SFR rentals in Texas. Our last addition is a Mobile Home Park in AL. We are currently in Houston, TX. I became a Real Estate Agent with eXp Realty in September 2020. We are here to learn and network will all the amazing people in Bigger Pockets!
