I’m a Central Florida REALTOR® helping investors, buyers, and relocating clients purchase and sell properties throughout the Orlando and greater Central Florida markets. I specialize in short-term rental and vacation rental opportunities near Orlando’s major attractions, while also working with investors focused on buy-and-hold, appreciation, and creative deal structures. I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2006 and have experience in residential sales, business brokerage, and some commercial transactions. Before real estate I spent over 25 years in the restaurant industry, most recently as an owner/operator and General Manager, which shaped my negotiation skills, operational mindset, and ability to solve complex problems. I’ve consistently ranked among the top 300 agents in a market of more than 22,000 REALTORS®. I enjoy helping buyers and sellers find creative solutions including subject-to purchases, seller financing, lease options, wholesaling, master leases, and traditional acquisitions. I don’t focus on a single niche—I focus on solving problems and helping investors find opportunities that fit their strategy. I live just outside Orlando and enjoy building partnerships with investors active in Central Florida. I’m a longtime member and current board member (2024-2026) of the Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association (CFRI) and have been active on BiggerPockets for over 10 years.
