Mackenzie Plunkett

Aloha kākou! I'm Mackenzie and I'm currently a senior at the University of Hawaii at Mānoa majoring in business. I hope to create a passive income portfolio of rental properties on O'ahu (and eventually outer islands). I'm still in the learning stage and plan to purchase my first property after graduation in the end of 2022. My target market is the north/east-side of O'ahu (Kāneʻohe, Punaluʻu, Kaʻaʻawa, Hauʻula, Lāʻie, Kahuku, Haleʻiwa). Looking at single family, fee-simple, properties. I'm looking to network and learn more about your experiences in the Hawaii market.
