Madelynn Markle

In 2018 I began as a Property Management intern with Atrium Management in Lake Mary, Florida. During this time and the following year I became a full time Property Manager and began managing a mix of Boutique Multifamily and Single family properties throughout Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Sanford, and Deland. One year later in March of 2019, our portfolio expanded to Gainesville, FL where we acquired a multifamily property that I began managing. Throughout the next year, our company took over managing an additional 13 multifamily properties in the area and I was promoted to Regional Manager of our Gainesville Portfolio.
