Maegan Hicks

My name is Maegan Hicks. I currently own and operate a small landscaping business and have branched out into real estate investing. I need to build more relationships with hard money lenders, as well as with contractors, and other investors. I am learning about wholesaling, fix and flips, and buy and holds. I currently work in Southern New Jersey but am not opposed to increasing my radius. I offer landscaping services such as complete tear outs, new installations, and maintenance of existing. I am always looking for deals and for people to sell them too! Always looking for financing, and to increase my network of individuals to work both with, and for.
