Hi, I'm Maggie! I'm a new investor looking to purchase my first property out-of-state in Charlotte, NC. I'm from the Bay Area in CA and currently live in Brooklyn, NY. I currently work in Marketing at a tech company but also have experience in Consulting. My goal is to start building long-term wealth for my future family, as well as myself! I want to do this by purchasing 1-2 SFH this year in Charlotte, NC in Class B / C up and coming neighborhoods.
