About myself
Bought my first property while I was in college when I recognized that making a mortgage payment would be less than paying rent in 2011. I have acquired 2 additional properties since, renting one, and currently rehabbing one. I'm a software engineer by day for a global e-commerce company, and spend my nights rehabbing / looking for real estate deals.
