Part time investor with ten rental properties (ten duplexes) in New Orleans. Looking to develop more rental properties, primarily duplex units in New Orleans. Experience: Started with a duplex property where I was an owner/occupant. Have since turned that unit into a full rental, have built six (6) additional new construction duplex rental properties, rehabed a SFH into a duplex and rehabbed two (2) duplexes. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to develop/build or purchase at least ten (10) duplex rental properties in New Orleans, LA. Currently Seeking: Vacant land and teardown opportunities in duplex (2-family) zoned areas of New Orleans.
