I retired from the military after 32 years to invest full time. I started investing in properties in 2000 while on active duty so I could have a better retirement. I currently have 13 rental properties, 2 STR's and may purchase more when the numbers make sense. I also am invested in 30+ syndications primarily involving multi-family and assisted living. The syndications have performed very well compared to my SFRs. I started in the Sacramento area and now I have switched to Memphis due to the cash flow. I'm looking to expand to another location and always looking for more investments to add to my portfolio. Experience: I have purchased and sold more than 40 personal properties. I have participated in more than 40 syndication deals. I had my CA real estate license and expect to obtain my TN license. Real Estate Goals: I want to earn 25k a month in RE income, share knowledge and learn from others who are actively investing in real estate. Currently Seeking: More homes and an apartment complex. Depending on the size and cost of the property I'm looking for other investors who have the same goals.
