I'm a Real Estate Investor & Agent, primarily doing business in Beaver County, PA which is just north of Pittsburgh. I partnered with a friend of mine I've known for 10+ years who is a contractor and together we renovate properties. Sometimes will keep as rentals and sometimes flip. I had been investing in rentals/flips for several years and then early in 2019 I left my job and decided to go after real estate full time. It can be a roller-coaster at times, but I'm sticking with it.
