I am a commercial/multi-family investor based out of Canada investing in the U.S.. I find properties for myself and other investors to purchase, and provide management services for those investment properties as required. Experience: I started out 10 years ago flipping single-family homes in Orlando, then moved over to commercial/multi-family. I own part of a 76 unit multi-family complex in Ohio, a development property in Playa Flamingo Costa Rica, and other vacation rentals. I have flipped several multi-family properties in Ohio, rehabbed several homes. Real Estate Goals: I am moving into vacation rentals in several key International markets including Mexico, Costa Rica, Portugal and Bali.
