I am an Investor & Architectural designer. I have 16+ years experience as an architectural designer of large scale multifamily residential projects (100-1000 unit developments) in Manhattan and NYC boroughs. I invest in small multi family properties (2-4 units), class A, within short commute to Manhattan primarily in Hudson County, NJ. I love being an architect and hope to keep designing buildings for a long time to come. I am interested in investing in real estate to build long term passive income and more financial freedom.
