My wife (Halie) and I (Mack) are Vacation Rental Investors and Property Managers servicing the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg areas. Halie, has 15 years in the customer service industry. I am a former Marine, that has spent the last 15 years in the technology and data industry. While finishing my MBA at George Washington University, I was working on technology that would stream line long-term property management. During that process we decided to invest in Short term rentals to bring newer ideas to the Tech company we were creating. Long story short....we fell in love with Short Term Rentals. Since 2016 we have "pivoted" to the STR space, with the goal of creating a guest focused property management company in order for our owners to profit.
