I have properties in Cheney, Airway Heights, and Spokane WA; Rapid City SD; Las Vegas NV; Grand Cayman; France; Mexico (do yourself a favor and stick to countries with strong rule of law and decent landlord/tenant law). Most recently I've been investing in El Paso, Brownsville, and McAllen, Texas, and Biloxi Mississippi. My focus was is in positive cash flow single family homes in growing areas.
