Motivated beginner, determined to learn and apply. I'm a father of two but recently separated looking to build a bright future for 2 joyful kids. Life is a roller-coaster and i have two seat belts on! I'm more inclined into Buy & Hold as i would love to free time for other ventures and create generational wealth. I live in Manhattan which is very tight and expensive so i will be sniffing around other states for deals. Any suggestions?? Furthermore I'm currently looking into purchasing my first property and if stumble upon a flip deal I'll take on the challenge for some quick cash.
