Malik Roley

I am MA/FL/GA transplant that is currently based out of Houston, TX. I am an aspiring real estate investor. My parents were involved in real estate while I was in high school, owning a couple of MF properties. My parents weren’t savvy investors, so when 2008 rolled around they realized they were in over their heads. In retrospect, I like to think I would've been able to help them if only I had known a resource like the BP forum and podcast existed. I also wish I had the foresight to seize the opportunity to learn about REI firsthand at a young age. For that reason, I have been doing research and becoming informed on the ins and outs of real estate investing in hopes of avoiding those same mistakes. I am seeking guidance, searching for knowledge, looking to network.
