Malory Medaglia

Hi, I’m Malory! I’m the Investment Specialist at Middleton Street Property Management, serving Beaufort, Bluffton, and the surrounding Lowcountry. Most of the owners I work with don’t live here. They bought a great rental in a growing coastal market and then found out how hard it is to manage from hundreds of miles away. That’s where I come in. My job is to make owning a rental here feel easy, even if you’ve never set foot in the house since closing day. I have 4 years of experience in property management, and I spend every day in this market, so I can tell you what’s really happening on the ground, not just what the listing says. I’m on BiggerPockets to learn from other investors and to help anyone curious about the Beaufort County rental market. Whether you already own here, are thinking about buying, or just want a local second opinion on a deal, feel free to message me. I’m always happy to talk shop. 📍 Beaufort County, SC | 🏠 Long-term residential rentals | 🤝 Investor-focused
