I am an experienced Landlord, Property Manager, and Investor Friendly Realtor that has been investing in real estate to achieve financial independence in the next 3-5 years. I originally started investing in equities in 1997 so I have a lot of experience in investment analysis. I started looking seriously into real estate investing in 2011. I am always looking for new deals in the Baltimore Metro (Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City) area. I do a lot of reading on financial investments and have been active in my local area . I am constantly looking for new properties, while evolving my real estate knowledge. I bought my first rental property in 2012 when I was living in the sunshine state. I closed on my second rental property in Florida on May 2014 while living in Maryland. I am currently focused on acquiring properties to rehab, rent , and/or flip in the Baltimore Metro area. I have been using my Real Estate license to find GREAT deals for investors. 2019 was a big year for us, we have managed to acquire 7 new properties, rehab them, rent them out and refinance them.
