About myself
I currently own a duplex that I am house hacking. I am looking to build a portfolio of rental properties. The strategy I plan to utilize is BRRRR. I am also a graduate of the Jumpstart Germantown program here in Philadelphia. Currently I need to build more capital. I have a huge interest in Wholesaling as a means to raise funds.
