Hi Everyone, I've invested in Honolulu, Hawaii and San Antonio, Texas, and I enjoy doing a lot of rehabs (heavy and light). Recently, I've received my General Contractor License here in San Antonio, and I'm working on rehabs and hopefully new builds in the next year. Done a couple of years in Real Estate Appraisals, Property Management, and Project Management in Hawaii. Now, I relocated to San Antonio and will be purchasing more properties here to rehab and rent/flip (mostly rent out) - I like renting out my units.
