Started my journey in 2021. I closed on my first out-of-state multi-family deal last month in Columbus, OH. I am targeting to invest/buy another multi-family by the end of the year. I am open to mentorship and earning guidance from my fellow investors. Given that I am in one of the expensive markets, I am looking to invest in a more affordable location. I am open to connecting with fellow investors and RE enthusiasts to network and potentially work out a deal together.
