Hello, my name is Eric. I started investing in real estate in central Wisconsin in 2004. I was a licensed Real Estate agent and purchased residential income properties until the crash. I decided a change was in order and finished Law School in 2011. I am now a criminal defense attorney with aspirations of returning to real estate investments. My wife and I are looking to start up a side business investing in real estate.
