Manny Awasom

Real estate enthusiast. Like most, I am interested in financial independence through real estate investing. Based out of Los Angeles, but looking to invest in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area as well as other up-and-coming cities. Currently own 1 SFH rental (1 door) and looking to grow exponentially in the coming years. Always open for networking opportunities! New to the game but constantly educating myself to learn the ins-and-outs of the industry.
