Manny Raimondo

I have worked in the engineering and construction industry for over 19 years participating in and managing projects of all types from custom homes, hospitals, high-rise condos, higher education facilities to industrial (oil and gas) facilities. I have always been interested in real estate as a side gig to promote financial freedom. I am very interested in buy and hold as a retirement plan and flipping as a means to raise capital and pay down buy and hold financing. I am passionate about building and love the satisfaction that comes with the end result of a completed project. I have recently relocated to the greater Detroit area.
