I consider myself to be a relatively new real estate investor. I purchased my first property (single family) back in 2014 in OH but knew very little about real estate investing. Its been a very good investment overall but I went through some difficult challenges, including extensive water damage to the property. As well as long vacancy periods due to a lack of knowledge and fear. I’ve educated myself over the past several years and I now have 4 rental properties. One of goals is starting and completing my first BRRRR. I purchased my first Duplex in 2023 and it’s going well so far. My next goal is to perform my first “House Hack” by purchasing my first property in NYC in 2024. I’m also looking to build my Real Estate investing team in NYC
