I am an active investor\landlord, with properties in 3 different states. I own a total of 9 properties, 15 doors. looking to expand my portfolio, invest, and grow as much as possible. As a career I am also an insurance salesmen which I have been doing for about 10 years now. I have a talent for sales, and risk management so I like to utilize that for my Real Estate Investments. I am also a fully licensed Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent, So I get to meet a lot of investors at the POP ( Point of Purchase ) and hear their stories. I hope to find a way to utilize this to my advantage and hopefully expand into other markets Experience: i have owned 5 properties in my lifetime, and bought my first rental 3 years ago.
