I recently got my realtor's license, but have been an investor for about 10 years. I’m a Realtor/Investor out of the Augusta, GA area 😎 I’m crazy excited about activating my BiggerPockets Pro Membership and providing value as much as possible. A little about myself. I’m an army veteran who focused on buy/hold, but I did everything the worst possible way 🤦‍♂️ I've now logged in hundreds of hours of podcasts, YouTube university, and several books. I currently focus on flips and wholesaling, but will be getting back into buy/hold with creative financing. My goal is to continue flips/wholesaling in order to build capital that I can then apply to monster money printing machines such as storage units, strip malls, etc. I truly appreciate all of you and thank you for reading this extremely lengthy post.
