Hello everyone. My name is Manuel Melendez from the NYC areaand as probably many of you, my reason for real estate is to find financial freedom and have my family live a better life. I'm pumped. I'm hyped. Read books and watched YouTube vids. But it's that first step that's stopping me. That fear. It gets me angry and I end up putting myself down. I need guidance. A mentor.
