I am a full time residential Realtor in Rhode Island. I am just starting out as an investor, looking for 3 or more residential units. After about a year or so, I will also be looking to move into commercial investment. Experience: I have been a full time realtor since June 2006. Real Estate Goals: My plan is to buy 3-4 unit multifamily properties to build some cash flow, eventually transitioning to larger apartment units and commercial properties. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for 3-4 multifamily homes to buy, possibly fix, and hold. I will also buy single family homes to wholesale or flip.
