I started investing in real estate in 2018 with the purchase of my first rental property, a triplex in Danbury, CT. My goal is to build my rental portfolio to 40 units by 2024 ($10,000 per month cash flow). I also participate in syndications as a limited partner using IRA funds. My current investments include a mixed use building, winery/resort, and 48-unit apartment complex. Currently, I'm actively looking for value add 2-4 unit and 5+ unit multifamily properties in Danbury and Stamford Connecticut. Always looking to connect and talk with other investors!
