My day job is in the creative field where I am a filmmaker for Buffalo's beloved Bills and Sabres but I'm just venturing into using Real Estate as secondary income. I bought my first property in 2017, a double in South Buffalo, where I live and rent out a unit to pay the mortgage. I've come so far in learning about the RE market but as far as I've come I feel I have so much more to learn; hoping BiggerPockets can be a valuable asset to do so!
