I was a LPN by trade for years but has always been an entrepreneur at heart. I have always wanted to get into real estate and now I'm ready to tackle it head on!! Since getting my license, I have been enjoying every minute of it. I love real estate and enjoy helping people and learning and sharing what I have learned from the investment world and from the agent perspective since I have become licensed. Real Estate Goals: I am wanting to get into real estate for some passive income and a nest egg for retirement. Not to mention a little more free time for family. I love working with investors and I also strive to build my portfolio of investments and to help my real estate family meaning the people I help buy/invest or sell. Currently Seeking: Currently I am seeking cash buyers/ investors. I am also seeking other wholesalers to connect with for off market properties for my investors. I help out of state investors find investments. Off market or on market SFH or Multifamily.
