My first investment into real estate was a unique bet- large format vacation rental, which means 16-24 people staying on one property in multiple dwellings. I invested in two properties next to each other that I’m house hacking as I live on the property. We’re generating $450k in rental income a year on a property we bought for $1.5m. My second investment was a small industrial warehouse which I’m looking to BRRRR and hold.
