I was a general contractor, and still over see our project managers. Our company is Allure Properties Of Illinois, we are an s corp based in Chicago, Illinois. We focus primarily on residential fix and flips and new construction. We have our own in house separate construction company Dynasty Innovations, licensed, insured and award winners in the Chicago area. I am apart of local REI communities and have wholesalers with good investment properties as well as re team members. We are generally interested in JV Equity investments and private investment loans. Allure offers apprenticeships and are continued real estate education coordinators. I like to network and expand my re team.
