Bought and sold 25 units since 1995. (realtor since 1998 but not trying to pitch anything). Bought foreclosures, at sheriff's sale, from tax lien holders, estate sales. Prefer multifamily buy/hold. Did a barn conversion, purchased a small farm property, land parcel flip. Done several gut rehabs, GC'd work also, owned with 3 different partners. Purchased with fixup loans such as Fannie Mae homestyle, FHA escrow holdback... Interested mostly in small mult fam live-in BRRR, live-in flips...have bought in NYS, NJ and Louisiana. Seeking F I oriented CPA, bkkpr and easier accting/income-expense tax prep program than INTUIT's QB desktop for PC. Possibly QB for mac (?) but very unhappy with QB, after 4x corrupted file/bank acct...to use for only 3 'classes' /and 3 bank accounts...
