(No longer a) Small business owner (Landscaping Co.) and (even more of a) real estate investor focusing on single family Fix & Flip and single family to multi family rental investments. The above was edited (in parenthesis) as an update, and to preserve where I was at when I first created my profile. Since then I planned for, and executed on my exit from being a small business owner, concentrated on building my rental portfolio, and not only replaced my pre-retirement income, but have actually surpassed it. And even though I have slowed down on growing my portfolio (28 single family houses as of this writing), my income will continue to increase year after year. It hasn't come without its challenges, but I can honestly say real estate has been rewarding in more ways than one. I wish the same for you!
