I am a value investor in Real Estate. My focus is to buy properties that are good long-term investment and rent them. I am very disciplined and run numbers from different perspectives to make sure that the economic value is real. Although quantitatively oriented, several soft characteristics of the property (primarily aesthetics, quality of construction, and location) play the final role when deciding in moving forward with an investment.
