A Santa Barbara native, Marco is well-versed in the local landscape. With experience in all aspects of Real Estate transactions including management, construction, ownership, investing, and permitting, Marco is devoted to his craft and aims to provide a positive experience and meaningful contribution to each client interaction. Marco’s approach is backed by over 15 years of market research & investing experience, as well as a decade’s worth of knowledge in property management. Additionally, Marco possesses first-hand knowledge regarding construction costs and remodeling resources from working on multiple Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), including ground-up construction. Marco’s wife, Daniella, an attorney in town and investment partner, offers a unique contribution in their personal real estate endeavors. Marco has mastered the art of “House Hacking”, where 80% of the monthly living expenses are covered by using the ADU model. With a passion for Real Estate, Marco’s approach is utilizing House Hacking and ADU strategies to Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat (B.R.R.R.R.), which has already allowed him to purchase 2 properties in 3 years. Marco’s goal is to assist and advise clients with all of their housing needs, while simultaneously building generational wealth and housing for future generations, during what could be one of the biggest life changing and exciting times in their lives. Marco enjoys helping to build wealth in a sustainable manner utilizing the B.R.R.R.R. model, while fulfilling his passion in Real Estate.
