I went to the University of Miami School for Architecture and had my own Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, and Software Development Companies. I started investing with my father in both the Residential and Commercial markets. I continue to invest in Real Estate by Flipping and Holding. I am also a Software Developer which gives me a unique position to create custom tools to evaluate Real Estate Investments quickly and easily. I am a Real Estate Investor/Author/Entrepreneur/Developer for mobile/desktop/web. Solid background in leading-edge technologies. As founder and CEO of M.L.N. Enterprises, Inc. (Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage, Software Divisions) I managed a staff of approximately 40 people. Identified as the first and only company in the Mortgage Banking Industry to develop under Windows. M.L.N. was bought out by a leading banking software company and part of the contract served as a consultant to ease the transition. I have a strong proven record in developing visually elegant and simple-to-use systems. A diverse mix of industries including Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, Hospitality, Health Care, Education, Trucking, Entertainment, and Horizontal Markets.
