Marcos Ruvalcaba is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor based in Southern California, serving clients from Los Angeles through Orange County to San Diego County. A retired U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Officer with 22 years of service, Marcos brings a mission-driven mindset, sharp analytical skills, and deep operational experience to the world of real estate. Since 2003, Marcos has been actively investing in residential, land, and commercial properties across multiple states. He began his licensed real estate career managing rental portfolios and working hands-on with value-add residential projects before making a full transition into commercial brokerage and advisory. He’s currently aligned with Century 21 Commercial and is a CCIM candidate, sharpening his expertise in investment analysis, market positioning, and asset strategy. With boots-on-the-ground experience in both off-market investing and property management, Marcos specializes in helping investors identify overlooked opportunities, reposition underperforming assets, and make data-informed decisions. He is passionate about giving back, especially to the veteran community, and actively volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, SBA SCORE, and UC San Diego’s Innovation for National Security initiative as a National Security Entrepreneur-in-Residence—bridging the gap between government innovation and commercial application.
